Teresa Sothern

I am a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Communication Studies and a Business Diploma. I also have a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University. 

I love working in the field of post-secondary education and have previously worked at St. Jerome’s University at the University of Waterloo. 

Before that, I worked for several years in the banking and insurance industries, primarily in training and development. 

I enjoy volunteering and have been actively involved with school councils and minor sports teams.

I am currently a member of Social Venture Partners, an organization that provides many supports and opportunities for not-for-profit organizations throughout Waterloo Region.
