Assistant Professor | Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervisor at Delton Glebe Counselling Centre (Waterloo), PhD Program Coordinator (Interim)
I am native of Argentina and have been a clinical social worker and psychotherapist for more than 33 years in Argentina and Canada. Before coming to Canada, I taught social sciences at John F. Kennedy University and the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In early 2019, I completed my PhD in Complex Thinking from the Multiversidad Mundo Real Edgar Morin in Mexico City. I have a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a master’s degree in Mental Health, specialized in Psychoanalysis (Freud-Lacan), from the University of León in Spain.
I have worked with Spiritual Integrated Psychotherapy within several faith traditions. I am a registered social worker, by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers, and am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
In addition to my faculty duties, I am also a clinical supervisor at The Delton Glebe Counselling Centre.

As a clinical supervisor at The Delton Glebe Counselling Centre I provide clinical supervision and professional development training to placement students.
