Luther launches new ways to stay connected

Mark Harris, principal-dean of Martin Luther University College, is pleased to announce the launch today of Stay Connected: The school’s program for staying connected with -- or to reconnect with -- alumni, donors, and friends throughout the community.

“The school has formed so many warm relationships with people throughout the years,” Harris says. “But like many friendships, people can drift as they become busy with their own lives.

“Stay Connected is our way of making it easier to stay in touch with our alumni and donors; our friends and colleagues at Wilfrid Laurier University; and friends throughout the church community and broader region.”

The initiative includes:

Visitors to the new web page will find simple instructions on how to subscribe to our new publications; on how to sign up to receive Luther, a monthly bulletin distributed throughout the school year; and how to subscribe to a direct email list promoting upcoming events.

“We hope our efforts will give everyone more ways to stay abreast of how we’re helping students lead lives of meaning and service,” Harris says, adding that additional pieces of the program will be announced in the coming months.

In addition to reading the newsletters, folks are able to follow Luther’s activities by regularly checking the school’s social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr and YouTube.
