Welcome

Martin Luther University College is the founding college of both Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo and is a diverse and welcoming community built on traditions of openness, inclusivity, and dedicated service. Luther is home to academic thought leaders and change makers from a range of disciplines who are experts in their respective fields and committed to undergraduate and graduate excellence.

Our Strengths

In our academic programs – through instruction, reflection and classroom discussion – you’ll continue to develop your faith (if you subscribe to one) or worldview (if you don't hold to a particular religious tradition). You'll have opportunities to learn how to integrate your spirituality into your working life, and respond to the demands of a fast-changing world.

In our school community, you'll meet people who are motivated through their lifelong work to make the world a better place.

We're a small school (about 195 students) with access to a lot of great resources. Our connection with Laurier gives students the chance to pursue research and scholarly interests in a place that fosters academic excellence.

Why Not See for Yourself?

You're more than welcome to visit us at Luther, where spirituality accompanies academic curiosity to inspire lives of meaning and service. Video tour
