Counselling Supports for Students

All Luther and Laurier students have access to our Delton Glebe Counselling Centre, run through Martin Luther University College. As the new school year ramps up and gets busy, we want you to know your well-being is important and you are supported here.

Here’s a breakdown of how counselling at Glebe works, if there is ever a time that you should need it, whether that’s for an initial visit or ongoing support.

How it Works:

Life can bring challenges that affect your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and overall well-being. You don’t have to face them alone. Our therapists are here to help provide you with compassionate, personalized support to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change. Our integrative approach can help you navigate whatever you may be facing, including:

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Stress and burnout
  • Trauma
  • Relationship challenges
  • Identity and self-worth
  • Behavioural and coping-related concerns

What We Offer for Students:

Our student mental health counselling provides a supportive space to navigate anxiety, academic stress, relationship challenges, and the uncertainty of life after graduation at the affordable rate of $35/session with no cap on the number of sessions you can access. This support is available to all students enrolled full-time or part-time in colleges, universities, and apprenticeships across Canada.

How to Book:

Simply book an intake online.

Urgent and Same Day Support:

If you need to speak with a therapist urgently, we are here for you. We offer walk-in appointments Mondays – Thursdays between the hours of Noon to 6 p.m. and Saturdays between the hours of Noon to 3 p.m.
